Confined to our homes, we <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camac-harps.com\/en\/events\/?sd=2020-05-22\">quickly moved online<\/a>, an experiment shared by the NLF&#8217;s equally enterprising drama section. In both cases, we were overwhelmed by the response &#8211; and so, the festival has gone fully online in 2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year, to make the online format accessible to as many harpists as possible, the syllabus has been streamlined into three age categories plus the <a href=\"https:\/\/northlondonfestival.org.uk\/special-competitions\/camac-harp-competition\/\">senior Camac competition<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Up to age 18, you can enter:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Age 10 and under<\/li>\n<li>11 to 13 years\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>14 to 17 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These are all <strong>school year ages<\/strong>, i.e. if you were 17 on 1st September 2020 but have turned 18 since then, you can still enter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is no longer necessary to follow grade exam syllabus repertoire, although of course you can if you want to.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/northlondonfestival.org.uk\/special-competitions\/camac-harp-competition\/\">Camac Competition<\/a> is open to harpists living and\/or studying in the United Kingdom and Ireland, aged 30 and under.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukharp.net\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-26242 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.camac-harps.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/03\/ukhalogo-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"UKHA Logo\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.camac-harps.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/03\/ukhalogo-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.camac-harps.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/03\/ukhalogo-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.camac-harps.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/03\/ukhalogo-55x55.jpg 55w, https:\/\/www.camac-harps.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/03\/ukhalogo-250x250.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.camac-harps.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2019\/03\/ukhalogo.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>We&#8217;re delighted that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukharp.net\/\">United Kingdom Harp Association<\/a> are repeating their generous sponsorship of a special prize for an outstanding competitor in any category.
