Petar Konjović International Competition 2019

Held in Serbia every two years, this long-running contest is a fixture of the Balkan harp calendar – and also those of other instruments. Petar Konjović is one of Serbia’s most distinguished twentieth-century musicians, and this extensive competition has been held in his honour, by the Association of Music and Ballet Pedagogues of Serbia, since 1991. It is a great opportunity for students, with broad range of categories from young beginners, to professionals under the age of twenty-five.

We have supported the harp section for over a decade, and the great artistic direction and organisational work of  Staša Mirković-Grujić. She has now passed on the baton to Mina Momčilović, who is your new point of contact for 2019.
